KYB from CRS, paid about R1200 for rears, just because nobody listed the s14. Sure you can get it cheaper from Autozone/Midas. KYB has offices in down town JHB.
The original Nissan OEM part is also a KYB, part no. LD07 56210 66F00. Can not remember if the replacements where the same no.

Rears easy to install. Biggest job is to remove the rear parcel shelf. Prefer to work inside the car myself. Will get a local alignment shop to do the front shocks/struts. The quoted R400 last time I asked.

Considering... isn't that about the norm for any car? Was quoted slightly less for my Polo not too long ago, also on KYB

R3400 probably = R900x2 (front) + R600x2(rears) + R400 (installation)
Goods price, go for it

For the brake pads - Phone Quatermile Performance on 012 667 6397 - they will have or get you a set. They are the importers for EBC and their prices are good.
Ex 200SX S13 owner - but still mad about them.

Breakpads
Fronts are the same as the blob eye WRX / 300ZX. So you can buy ferodo DS2500 from most autozones.
They about R900

I was quoted on the DS2500 pads something like R1600, I got Ferodo premiums for R695. That was the cheapest I could find.
