Project : Daily S14
Howzit guys,
I decided to start this thread so that everyone can see and enjoy the S14 I got from phoenix (Mark).
I now have the blue s14 and this green s14, but this one will remain my "daily" and the other one will be used for track/drag days.
Here are some pics after I gave it it's the first wash:
So first things to do is to install a new center bearing and there after do some repairs on the front bumper.

Re: Project : Daily S14
Ok so I have a small update:
I managed to find door panel clips for the back door panels at Pro Auto rubber in Boksburg. They have a great shop with clips and rubbers for almost any automotive need out there, you guys can really give them a shot!
Then I also managed to source a new center bearing from Nissan of Cheasapeake, they came in 1.3k lower in price than any local Nissan. So hopefully within the next week or so I can put this in, and start working on the front bumper....

Re: Project : Daily S14
A couple of updates
So since my Blue SX's clutch went I haven't driven 1 with a proper clutch again. If I shifted from 1st to 2nd like a madman trying to show a DSG gearbox that we don't need them fancy electronics the clutch slipped badly you get all the noise but non of the power . So I bought the ACT organic clutch and put it in today... Wow this feels awesome again!! I haven't enjoyed driving the car as much in a long time!
So at the moment the center bearing is in. New clutch fitted.
I have to replace the shocks this week aswell as the back shocks are really bad.
For interest sake here is the prices I could get:
Nissan SA : FrontR4500 excl. per shock Back R2300excl. per shock
Supa quick: All Round R5400 fitted and alignment (KYD Shocks)
Coilies: Ranges from R6000 to R12000 depending on your taste(or pocket)
Midas: KYD Shocks R2850incl. for all around.
So in the spirit of keeping it a daily and affordable(lol) im gonna go with the KYD from midas and just fit them myself... will take it for alignment afterwards.
Front bumper work has to wait a little. Oh and the radio/dash clock went dead thus my aerial not going back in, probably just a fuse will look tomorrow.

Re: Project : Daily S14
Some minor frustrating updates
Got the Shocks fitted them and while busy I realized something is not right... I check the part numbers on the shock, nice its s13 shocks All this on friday/saturday
I call and tell them the they are wrong can only order new ones on Monday
Anyways so I put the s13 ones in anyway and this is how it looks lol
Front high back low
sooooooo low
Hopefully I get replacements soon so I can change these ASAP
