Why don't you just move the pipes? Easy to do....

I wish i could the problem is the motor sits to close to the radiator, if i run a pipe past there the pipe will be like 12mm away from the power steering belt an water pump.

Hi, it's easy, take it to silverton radiator. Tell them to cut out the red section, blank it. Move it to where the blue is and then reweld

On my S14 I made a small cut into the slam panel/valance to recess the thicker radiator and clear up some more space. As in the image. I then finished off the cut with some door rubber to make it look neat. I also welded the cut to make it a bit stronger.

Mmmmmmmm awsome budy, but i dont want to spend money to do all this mods and have to still buy a bigger one in a weeks time due to over heating i dont think this radiator will keep the RB cool during high boost on the track or evan the road, kept my SR cool as ice,its single core rad, but thanks for all the info @ smoothedgp much appreciated [smilie=200sx_200sx.gif]

That was a fkn sick bay Fred... nicely done. Effort, time and a lot of money im sure. Hopeflly Kyles goes in the same direction.

Not knocking RB swaps as I believe if you are resourceful, patient or rich enough it can be done successfully however skimp on any of these three and I worry the build will end up south... in an attempt to not pollute Kyles build Thread with RB swop hate I direct you here... http://200sx.za.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=10560
