Re: Boost with no power!
I checked out the braces on my car. Turns out the rear strut brace on my old car was under tension, constantly pushing outwards. I swapped the two braces - was a biatch - and shortened my c-pillar brace. The c-pillar brace was a nightmare to get back on cause i wanted it to be really tight so now i have my c-pillers under tension pulling inwards and my wheel wells being pushed outward. IS that good?
It makes sense in my head when I try to imagine what goes on.
I went pulling rather than pushing on the c-pillars because they're attached were the safety belts were bolted onto, just on the outside of the pillar so I'd rather pull into the pillar than push out onto the bolts and have them shoot off around the corner. .
Any experts on the subject?
