Drove her to work today, stressfull to say the least. But she(we) made it.
I'm just not sure how I'm gonna run without boosting for a 1000k's ,I just want to jump on the gas and see what the turbo's can do but i dont wanno have to open the motor again.
Charl, Run her normally with boost. I would not go sticking 1.5 Bar into it yet but std boost, no probs.
If all your clearances are good there`s no need too pussy foot around.
Trust me , you are more worried than the engine is !

You will definitely not upset the rings. The additional pressure from turbo charging is almost negligible compared to the pressure the rings see under ignition / power stroke, n/a or turbo`ed.
Detonation spikes is a whole new ball game though..

BK i just redid my ca18 can i boost at 0.6 reving to limit or must i still drive it soft?
