Rich and Lean ......... Pro - Cons - Good -Bad

Post by White Fang »

Right or Left

If you run car to lean you fry the pistons .
If you run to rich What will happen ,

What will be better ,

All experts please advise ,

My Sx runs moerse rich , but we dont want to pop motor , must we rather turn fueling down ?

its better to run slightly richer than leaner

if you to rich like black smoke bellows out your exhaust you run the risk on fowling your plugs, washing the bore or oil causing rings to go, and wasting fuel

on idle i run 13.5 +/- crusing about 14.5-15.5 and full boost 11's and mayb even 10.5 or so when meth activated
