injectors

Hi gents

What size are the stock ca18det injectors and what would be a preferable size to upgrade them to running on a stock ecu. also where can i get them from.
any assistance will help

370cc. Your Stock ECU will only run the stock injectors

It will help if you tell where u from and what your intention is? What power you looking for? I know of some1 with injectors

im in joburg. im looking to run stock for now and hopefully in the near future do a SR20 drop so i dont want to spend too much money on the engine.

i have the stock injectors but i think they are blocked so i dont want to pay R400 an injector to be cleaned and so forth when i could brand new injectors.

Bud, ignore the advise here. NEVER re drill injectors.

Firstly, running the std. management with uprated injectors is not going to work successfully.

If you really want to go this route for more power, get yourself a New Zealand made "Mapecu"
It takes the place of the MAF here and is fully programmable via laptop.
You can now run the std management system with as big or small an injector as you want.

The nice thing about Mapecu is that you can parallel it with the std maf so it can learn the basics before you start changing things.This gives you the advantage big time.
It also allows all the factory startup, cold start, idle up ,knock sensors etc. which in my book beats any low cost ecu by far.

If you are going to stay with the std. ecu, leave everything alone and enjoy your car as is.

yes listen to my advice

throw the injectors away and plum the pipe right in the intake that way you will have 1 255liter per hour injector lol


kidding

get them cleaned cost me 400 for all 4 for a clean and full service new seals and filters etc

Where did you get them cleaned and serviced. So you paid R400 for all 4 infectors?

P.S. I think the injector siz is 320 not 370, 370 is SR injectors

But will check for you
