hi there
I suggest you sell coils & injectors seperate to engine to maximise your return on investment. remember it seems these days
people do not have money or do not want to part with it.

exactly. A year ago i did my previous car 1997 opel 200is complete overhaul.
New pistons. Mains,Big ends, crank, rings, oil pump, clutch, water pump, valves, lifters, rockers Etc.
It cost me R9000.........So it depends how you do it so if you wan to sell at a higher price privately then if you got all the receipts of what you have done on it or put in it rater then maybe you can get what you want for it.

Invoices don't mean bugger-all.

I have an invoice for a R16k rebuild (from a supposed reputable tjooner - LOL), the motor was stuffed anyway. Bad engineering, wrong bearings, wrong pistons, etc etc.

Sorry for the spanner in the works ,
But you ll sell a motor that needs work eiseir than a motor that has been overhauled
Cos i know i am buiyng a stuffed motor , so any thing that doesnt need work is a bonus ,

But if you buy a motor that is 'Called 100% with 200Kw" and it blows you will get donnered , even if it wasnt your fault .

Just my few pennies !

That's why i like to do and inspect my own work . No shortcuts here. It might take longer but at least i know what i get when i do things myself.

Its like working on Seagoing ships with big expensive high revving Twin Turbo V16 diesel engines.
Like the They say if you cause it to break you will pay for it so better to MAKE SURE.

So Enzio you are right tuners and invoices don't mean niks.
