Oky So looks like the Waste gate is Fine, Going to do The Lines in braided hosing, to stop them melting

Oky so I have done the Braided lines for the waste gate today, Will install the waste gate tomorrow and hopefully the locked diff as well, Here is some pics of the lines, Must say it looks lekke as hell

cOOL MAN, thats how it's done proper....lazy ass I am...I just bought 6mm pipe and just added a small piece of silicone to go over the nipple...cheap...fast...effective.....

I know what you saying, mine also burnt, thats why I bought 6mm "steel" pipes to run close to the hottest places.

How was your wastegate connected....mine gives me alot of flutter if I drive like 1/4 throttle or so...where I just go into boost but don't give enough foot to go further into boost?

Will Chec for you, But as far as I know, the side feed on the waste gate is the feed, and the top one is the return, if that makes sense?

the bottom port must have a short line going right into your boost line or turbo
the top vents to atmosphere or when using a electronic boost controller
