Simple DIY Boost Leak Adapter

Post by SuperBaas »

Picture is self explanatory.
Take an old oil filter or new one.

Drill a hole big enough to tap a stock quick coupler connector.

Good idea to add some glue or putty when tapping in the connector

Make sure filter is clean

You can use this adapter on both end to isolate leaks.

The intake side is demonstrated in the picture below. You can use another filter to block of this side and apply the adapter on other side of the piping near the airbox or filters.

Connect up the compressor. Dont over do it with the PSI and Bobs your uncle.... or your aunty nowdays.
