So do I need new pipes/fittings to use this turbo?

No, it should fit, no new pipes and fittings, all you may need is a boost vacuum pipe to the actuator of the T28, normally the T28's don't have a "nozzle" to feed positive boost to the actuator, you should get that before the TB and connect the 6mm vacuum pipe to the actuator of the T28.

One more thing, sometimes the T28's compressor housing is a bit big and stops the turbo from pulling flush on the manifold, either turn the compressor housing or just grins 1mm off the manifold where it touches...

The T28 also needs the air feed flange to connect to your air filter pipes, hope you got that with otherwise you will have to make one...

Hi guys, Swop done. The SR20 turbo needed a new downpipe, new oil feed and modified intake pipe. Prob im having tho is the boost starts up at 2k revs rather than the 4k revs it used to be at. No more "kick" just smooth power at low revs. Any idea how I can change that?

Its called no lag ;)

The T28 off the SR give you a smooth power curve, basically much more usable boost.

Just get yourself a nice big intercooler and your lag will be back.
