Ok, cost aside. It can be done? (SR13/ RB26). Who to do it? What would a fair (read reliable) RW / Kw output be?

Hi there guys. First posting on this forum. Planning to get myself an S13 (1991 model with sunroof) and definately not gonna keep it standard. What would suggest to do to get a real M3, AMG, Porche (I'm ambitious) killer that will also not be needed to be rebuild after every dice. Stay with CA18DET ...
