Nissan 200SX Club - South Africa

in a run to the South Coast as John and I have been doing for the last two years.
We simply go down to drive ! and maybe eat now and again and visit friends(Hey Rat, Poizen, Driftz, GARY..)
The guys down there usually organize some superb runs on epic roads.
We have a few of our own as well.
We usually book in to a b&b somewhere and then sleep and drive. Enjoy our cars.
The week (or few days if you want) usually costs about 5 to 7 K. All in ! Thats not too shabby for a weeks epic fun and pleasure.

Gary if you from DBN its even closer for you to join in. We met up with a couple of the DBN members last time and had an awesome little run through some sugar cane roads.

Oribi Gorge really is an interesting piece of road.

I'm a stingy bastard so i dont wont to spent 5-7k, but this sounds tempting.

Ja, but firstly don`t be an idiot and drive like a moegoe all the time.. Places where you can give it and others where you cannot.
I think there`s at least two or so Km where you can`t somewhere.......... .

LOL don't get me wrong, sounds lank fun but driving like a moegoe is part of the deal when you drive around with you guys, you know that GTR mentality , only diffs is, you have the cash to bail out LOL

Ah bud, trust me, it hurts like crazy when I have to pay fines and shit !
We are very aware of how and where we drive ? It is always in the back of your mind when driving a wee bit over the speed limit.
That`s what I enjoy about track days, they are a great release for this itch. Seriously though, we do take it easy most of the time, that is also very enjoyable.

Give you an idea, going down to Durbzzz , neither John nor I got close to speeding or being fined for speed. It simply is not worth it.
Coming back last year Harrismith caught me for 92 in 80 zone.Simply cause I was not concentrating.

Plans coming together. Probably the long weekend in April, leave Sat morning.
Come back following Sat or Sun. I usually head back home Sat. so I can relax a day before work.
