throttle position sensor

hi guys the throttle positioning sensor has two different connectors, can anyone help me work out where a wire should go? its on the connector connected directly on the sensor the middle pin it looks like the a cable going to it was cut. i tryed to find the other side of the cable but dont see it anyone have any idea?

thanks nizan but my issue is on the wiring side going to that point pin number 2

check if you have continuity between between pin 3 on that plug and green wire if yes
the plug can be from a auto wiring loom
makes you want to scream finding shit like that
found my s15 afm wiring has been modded

this car just makes me want to scream!!!! there is no continuity but i do get a 12v reading between 1 and 3
