I dont know when the next illegal to legal is. But they do have racing every wednesday night. Its like street racing,except on the strip and its legal. They have one person setting the racers off and there arent any timing devices used. It's purely beating the person lined up next to you. I went two weeks ago and it was great. Entrance is R30 per car. Racing is free.
