CA18DET Gearbox Syncro

Hello guys,
My 1st and 2nd gears struggle to go in. Has anyone replace the syncro's before which could give me any advice.
What do i need to buy to replace it because carry no knowledge of gearboxes.

Make sure your gearbox oil is full.

Hahaha.. the oil might be 20 years old. Its never been opened cause the car only done 73 000km's now. I will be checking it tomorrow night. While I'm getting replies here. When is it time to change the timing belt?

It is the syncros, mine did that aswell, most gearbox places do it easely...

Also bleed the clutch see if that helps
