hi guys.
Need a bit of help here.
when i drive my ca18 normally my temp is normal. as soon as I start boosting a lot or driving a bit like a mad man the motor starts getting hot,
when it cools down i need to replenish with about a liter of water, i dont see any water leaks and I have changed my radiator cap, I have even taken out my thermostat as well cause I thought thas was the problem.
any ideas??

Sounds like a leak, remember there is 11 water lines. Could be head gasket.

+ put your thermostat back
+ does the turbo blow white smoke? could be leak in or around turbo as well
+ make your sig pic smaller please
If you don't find any leaks it is probably head gasket.

Mine did the same and I found that it got progressively worse (up until the point of almost frying the motor). Turned out to be the intake heater pipe that runs from the intake to just above the starter.

I took her to Silverton Radiatord in Alberton, Did one of those chemical tests to see if there is a leak on the head, chemical stayed blue(when there's a leak it goes Green.
So, I replaced the thermostat, I also took out the little pin on the thernostat, I replaced radiator with another one I had.
Will be taking it on the highway tonight and see what she does
thanks for all the advice so far

If you have done all that, I think your problem might be in the engine block, I assume you changed your radiator cap?
