So, on the swartkops webbie is this little hint:

RENT THE TRACK:

The Zwartkops tracks and skidpan can be hired for driver training, product launches, corporate days, car testing, filming, etc.

Contact:
Tel: (012) 374-5802
Fax: (012) 374-5801
Cell: 082 451 3034
e-mail: info@zwartkops.co.za

Speak to us about club rates and packages!

-----------------------------------------

So the question is, what would you guys like to do most if we do have hire the track. Drifting is an option on the poll but I doubt that means anything more than skidpan stuff! ;)

PS, this is just to see what interest is out there and we at least know what the guys want before we approach them

Drive around the circuit, possibly learning to improve cornering & timed events etc

Skidpan! Maybe gymkhana style activities/training

1/4 mile & top end runs

Drifting, an all SX all local D1GP

All of these are something I would like to do/practice

club rates could work , and this is not too far from where I stay, so yay!

Really? That is cheap dude. I can do Jhb to dbn in 4hrs but I would never be able to afford it!

As the song goes, there's so much more I would've done if they'd let me!

I suppose most of us aren't going to do this once a month even but if planned right and you're expectations are realistic it will still be worth it. Do 130 in a 70 zone and you're 1500 down!

Naaah....

Stupid is seeing the trap... slowing down... continue chatting with buddy about speed traps... then unknowingly speeding up again... and hitting the trap

Easy, I did Pretoria to south coast (Airport) in 4.25, slowed down to 140 for rain... Std 3.0 Skyline before all the camera days.
Now that I am married... best is 11 hours there and 13 hours back. All the pit stops  every single Ultra Shitty, small town, picnic tree/spot, seen them all on the same day.
