It would be R650 for a one off. R550 if theres more then 3 orders. Lead time 2 weeks.

I also want to see how it fits onto the windscreen and if you can give me an estimate of how much it weighs and if it is hollow inside or not.

3M double sided tape.

the guys here stick it on with sikaflex but the ultra strong 3m tape works good
it is made from 2 moulds top and bottom then joined
fiberglass is 1.5 to 2mm thick
weight is 1kg
one corner in mine is not perfect but you can use the sizes to get the shape going and make one that will be perfect fit
