Should i Recirculate my BOV

I was doing some reading now and see alot of people say you should recirculate your BOV if you're still running stock management with AFM so that the acccounted air in the system doesnt just escape to atmosphere and richen the AFR, i have stock management and an Atmospheric BOV, my car is quite heavy on feul but i did not really notice any drop in performance after installing the BOV, so im wondering should i go through all the effort to recirculate the BOV now 
as my BOV is installed on my cold side and if i wanted to recirculate it i would rather have it on my hot side so that it would be neater to have the recirculation go right below to the intake. HMMMMMM i wonder now
