Det sounds like little pebbles being shook in a tin can. I believe you would only hear that under load, not just idling.
That video sounds like big ends, can you record yours?

Good Luck, 4 months and about 12k later my car is up and running again, after my little bearing knock....

bearings headgasket and rings from midas cost me R1500
took 2 weeks
still going 40xxxkm later

HAHAHAHAHA, No, me went ACL Bearings, Cometic gasket, ARP’s, Exhaust manifold had to be made, new custom downpipe had to be made, oil feeds to turbo had to be made….And then the tuner screwed me around!!!!!!!
