Location of CA18det engine serial number

Hi guys, just out if interest where can i find the engine serial number on my block, thats the one thing i was not able to check when i bought the car as i had no clue where to look, im taking it for roadworthy today so lets hope all goes well.

By the turbo on the block by the firewall. Will have to look from underneath. Kak spot.

Well i wish i knew the position before i bought the car, i looked for almost an hour before i bought the car and i could not find it, so today i got the car registered into my name and all papers in order, then i went to road worthy and the engine number does not correspond
so i took the car to police clearance and only there did they tell me what papers i need to get.
No im waiting on the previous owner to sort it all out even tho he promised me the engine was the same as the papers...
I just hope i can get that sorted now. Or else i dont know what im going to do.

Ok well the engine was purchased from a valid shop so i got the receipt and took it to engine clearance and thank god its sorted, so now my car is fully legal and licensed in my name
Now i do work on it in peace and really make it my own.
