Trouble Starting the CA18DET

Hi guys
So my sx has been standing for about 2 years now (turboless). i have now finally fitted my turbo (stock T25) back onto the car but the car doesnt want to start. Previously the car was running and the only problem was the turbo.
So now i have added 10ltr of 95 to the tank with injector cleaner to flush out the injectors but the car gets to 500rpm and then dies, this is only after turning the key for about 10 - 20 seconds.
Any advice would would be greatly appreciated.
