Is your car completely stock? If it is and your not running management system, dont even put it on. Gains aint worth it, you will probaly hit boost cut and you will just screw up the turbo.
Dont know what mods you have, but if you want to do anything to the performance.....and I suggest you do the suspension and brakes first.....do a FMIC, 76mm exhaust, water & Meth, proper gauges. Just by doing the larger exhaust you will be very close to the stock management boost cut.
After that get a proper management system and go from there.

Management along with the boost controller and go get it setup properly.
You will kill your engine if you carry on.
What boost are you running at the moment?
