i wanna serioulsy do my susspension up, not as much for track but for everyday use.

Wot is the difference between coil overs and replacin the whole susspension?

I am not very cued up on the whole thing, but i do know that anything is better than the stock susspension.

Any suggestions or advice guys?

Thanks.

ya - got get polyurethane suspension. if you shocks are good then keep them and get a decent set of lowering springs from tein or H&R or eibach.

then get used to that before you make anymore decisions.

coilovers are very expensive, and do replace your shocks and springs anyway!

oh ya, a great upgrade that is difficult to get locally, so you might have to import, is uprated anti-roll bars, or as others call them swaybars.

the stock front ones are 26mm, and the rear are 15mm i think.

the upgraded ones are around 30-32mm's for the front and 26mm for the rear.

that will totally elminate body roll.

and then next on the list should definitely be strut braces. you could go the normal route and get front and rear shock tower struts, but you can go the full monty and get a C-pillar strut, and a b-pillar floor strut, and a lower control arm struts too.

then another option is the fender struts.

and lastly you can fill the cars critical joints with expandable foam. this also helps increase the stiffness of the car.

if you do this, your car will outhandle many many many other cars out there on the road today. i reckon you will be able to pull at least 1.1 G in the corners. to get a perspective on this, the new koennnigggseeeccchhhhhhhh CCRX gets 1.4 G's in corners, and i've made it to 1.03 G's with only the bigger wheels and tyres and the polyurethane suspension.

suspension mods are really rewarding dude!

quite a bit.

tein struts are like 1400-1700 a pop. you can get cheaper, but tein's quality is friggin awesome for the price.

polyurethane bushes are about 1600 -1800 all inclusive. labour will usually be around 2000-3000 to install them. its a highly labour intensive job and it a crappy job, but you can do it your self with a basic tools like a decent socket set, a handheld blowtorch, needlenose pliers, a hacksaw, a hammer, and a punch. a torque wrench is a good idea too. and lots of cloths!!!

swaybars - no idea.
those other struts i mentioned - no idea.
wheels and tires - its all up to you. 4000 - 25000

lol. enjoy!
