Yes that's the one. I do full service on mine once a month, but for normally driving I would say every 10k km's.

Just my 2c
I use Vavoline in mine after 8000Km it was still a golden honey color. do a change on 10K very good.

Dont matter what oil you decise to use at the end of the day as most of the above mentioned are very good brands, just choose one and stick with it. Not good to mix oils.

Makes a big difference to add the prolong... it DOES prolong the life of the motor

prolong = R129

Don't put in a full 5L in your sx...around 2.8 L oil, 1L prolong...

Without starting a debate/argument I would not put an additive of any kind with your oil.
Oil manufactures already add additives to their oils, if somebody came up with some miracle formula then they would all put it in their oil as standard.

Prolong also contains PTFE, which forms sludge leading to blocked oil ways, and chlorine which when it breaks down forms hydrochloric acid.
