Quick question about a FPR

Me again.. After talking with Toby cause I need new injectors he said a good option would be to fit 44o Bosh injectors with a new FPR to adjust the pressure.. Because my motor is 100% stock.. except fuel pump,exhaurst and FMIC..
Can you set a FPR to lower presure to the injector?? How and where do you connect it too and what type shoul I look at??
