from the end of the plastic handle its 19 inches and its about 17 1/4 to the full line.

wow mine short mine is only 350mm long
will need to make a new one

As per this morning, 485mm from tip to bottom of yellow handle on the standard dipstick.
(Just putting it here for if anyone searches in the future)
