just saw one of those cars does oval track... 2 oil cooler! Yes 2 of them hook up parallel ... i am sure it not transmission cooler or diff cooler... coz it have pipes joining them together... i was just wondering why hook up 2 X 10 raw oil cooler... instead of put one 20 raw?

Possibly to eliminate the chances of ''oil Starvation'' due to a blocked oil cooler?!?

I think you've got your parallel and series lines crossed.

spoke to the owner of the car... he said the only reason he fitted 2 is that they hold more engine oil...WTF!!!

so what he means is that 2 x 10 rows holds more oil volume than 1 x 20 row.. and more volume means higher thermal capacity , so for instance 7 litres of oil will take longer to heat up to a given temp than say 4 litres will.
no power gain, just better reliability.
