Faulty AFM?

Hi guys

So i fixed a leaking exhaust manifold and the Cam timing was off but the car is still not 100%

When it is cold the car is very lazy, and struggles to rev especially below 3000rpm

The symptoms are exactly like my E46 which did the same when cold and after replacing the air flow meter the car is 100% again.

Do you agree it could be the afm and do you know if someone is currently selling one or someone who could help me diagnose the problem in centurion?

Thanks guys

Checking the ECU fault codes will be able to tell you what the problem is
