So, the week away was a great success as well as a disappointment..
The car ran like a Trojan, the ViPEC management is superb ! She is super powerful ..That`s the good news.

The bad is that I am back in Gauteng . Had Lasic done to me eyes a while back and picked up a serious infection while down at the coast.
Drove back yesterday to get to my eye specialist by 5pm..Had to cut short our stay ..

Now for the first Super Trax day !! 8) 8)

With great power comes not so great fuel consumption.

Must also admit that that is driving like a box. Coming back and going down to the coast I got like 500 kays to a tank. Was not easy but she did it..RB`s are inherently thirsty.
Not an oil leak or water leak at all. I am really chuffed with this little car..
Now for the first Super tRax day and see what I need to tinker with to get her to run well.. :domo:

So there really has not been any space for me to refit my front anti roll bar. The big Greddy sump is squarely in the way. I am busy with making a new bar (made many for the Alfa`s).
Last weekend `s Supertrax day went ok`ish but the tail was very skittish. Played pressures and damping and the lost her big time in turn 4 at Swartkops. She was just evil in her handling.

Yesterday I joined the Twin Cam Club for a day out at Swarties.
Saturday morning I put her on he lift and removed the rear anti roll bat as well. Not sure of what the result may be I went through for the day.
Well, what a revelation ! Some of my best times ever at Swarties and serious confidence
Tyre pressures front cold came down to 1.8 bar, rears to 1.6.
Everything just came on song and it was beautiful !
The car is simply superb even with the heavy lump up front.

Chris (Krutch from Speed and Sound) took serious pics, will post when I get them.. 8)

You think you going to put the roll bars back on after the result on track?

Epic video man... Suppose the extra flex is allowing the car to mold better to the road... Very nice work Uncle...

awesome! great work Barry. Have you gotten the car to a dyno yet? think most of us are keen to know the power that the new motor is making
