The intermittent mode problem could be similar to the other common one where one or both of the headligths don't want to work.

Take the steering cowlings off and clean up the contacts on the wiper and light stalk switches.

with the RB25 transplant there is alot of plugs that are not used, ABS needs to be disconnected due to the coilovers.
If there are spare plugs just tuck them away neatly
The wiring can a be a bit of a dogs breakfast on the RB25 convertion  just work on neatening up the bay but dont cut plugs away just in case

Oi !! Fitting any other type of seat into these cars is almost impossible.
I have had to chop and cut the Subaru seat in a bad way..

Fred, now know why your Bride seats are so high in your car bud. Almost nothing you can do if you do not want to modify them..

Seeing that you haven't tried the Z32 seats yet, are they for sale?

unfortunately only the expensive seats like Sparco,Cobra Bride etc fit properly into the S14 , at over R10K a seat it was not option for me so i recovered mind with adding extra support on the sides

you basically have to put the seat on the floor to make a racing seat work

You need to remove the standard seat mount rail and get custom ones made (or buy off the net, there are plenty around).

I'll get a picture of mine ASAP for you.

Also try get side mount seats as they tend to sit at a nicer height than bottom mount buckets.

Ok boys an` girls.........I was taken for a ride in a S13 with RB26 powa !!!!!!

Not just any RB26 power but 700 odd engine hp !
All through GTR 4WD stuff on semi slicks !

FAAAARK !!!! I want !!
Now, I have owned big power Porsche, turbo Alfa`s etc,etc... Forget that stuff, this car is mental ! Yes, the Porsche is refined and understated where this thing is crazy bitch mental.
It is just so animalistic ! The gearbox gets slammed into every gear and it takes it without a moan..the car spins wheel right through into fourth gear..

Aargh !! I want !! and Im starting work on it already...

Sorry, no pics or owner detail due to the oke wanting it to stay quiet..but I could not resist just mentioning it .. 8)
