Dumpvalve only a leak if it's cheap, but rather get a sequencial BOV, somthing like an HKS Super Sequencial, u can get the R600 knock offs at Turbo Toys, works like a dream, just need to adjust it to about .7 bar blow off for 1bar boost, .4 for .5 bar boost. If done right, it can improve throttle responce very nicely and eliminate a lot of lag.
Nizan, when u comin back to SA boet?

intercooler with out managment ... you will actually lose power...
normally 15~35hp gain for test pipe and 3" full exhuast...
another 4~7hp on the filter...
intercooler actually drops...
according to my build... i dyno each mod...
on the SR20Det...

Strange you should say that as every FMIC I have fitted has upped the boost slightly and increased power slightly (granted this wasn't dyno'd, but it was shown on the boost gauge).
Just allows for more air cooling and just makes your car slightly (very slightly) more laggy as it has more to pressurise.

^^ believe me... when i went through my step by step dyno... this is what i found... the extra 0.3 bar of boost i got was from the unrestrictive piping on the FMIC...
this is the following
156kw when air filter was fitted
174kw when exhuast fitted
170kw when fmic fitted(4kw less)
after checking the data i saw ignition timing retard itself around 5000rpm, right when the S15 about to make power.
the factory management system self retard the timing and added more fuel in its attempt to stop detonation.
^^
i would say OEM stuff is too clever sometimes`!!!
