89 320i bmw (a) to swop

As the heading said i have a beemer to swop for a s13,dont need it to be a runner,if the motor is shot its o.k just need the body to be o.kish.the beemer is ideal for a daily runner and still has all the tools it came with in the boot,few scratches here and there but in great shape.so im looking to swop someone with a prodject car that doesnt feel like finishing it up or something of that sort.
