Update time :D

Sorry for the wait fella's

Installed motor
Image
Image

Moved the Battery to the back
Image

Installed a surge tank at the back
Image

Installed extra fuel pumps
Image
Image

Painted the branch
Image

Then i decided Bbm'ing a girl while operating a crane with was a good idea...
Image

Fitted a new 76mm exhaust
Image

Tried to start the car for the 1st time and then we toed the car to see if we can get in going.....Eventually after wasting one day we found the new ecu to be at fault.....Although it gave spark and fuel, it didnt want to start the car so i had to send it in. But the service was great and i got it back asap (Thanks Dictator and MRD Racing)

Car at the dyno
Image

Cant post my figures as yet,...Found the 3 pumps has a restriction somewhere and they do not supply the volume of fuel they are supposed to which causes the car to lose power, the Wastegate's spring is also not hard enough causing the car to lose boost and my "Drift" cone filter is causing me to lose 10whp.....Yet the Drift cone filter with the black front cover we tested is more effective.

We ended on 286whp @ 7200rpms at 0.85 bar boost,.. There is allot of untapped Hp to gain. Going to do a couple of changes and dyno it to around 8200rpms with around 1.8 bar pressure.... Should be interesting! :domo:

Unfortunately i dont have a sheet, but i took this photo on its base run, with the filter. Without the filter the base run with all these issues are 217whp with barely any boost
Image

PS im getting intake temps as low as 4 deg celcius in dyno room (given it was cold and raining yesterday), my intake temps seem to be below 24 deg..... :-D

I was told there are many ways to fix traction issues....I recon i found 2..

@ DriftZ and Rat, Seems like it was more of a planning mistake from my side. It would of been the best to have 2 pumps under the car supplying the fuel rail than only running one like i currently have. (Bosch 044) Its delivering 900ml in +- 12 seconds wich is about right for the pump specifications.

If you do the sums it should in "theory" be able to supply enough juice, unfortunately for my specific demands the current volume isnt enough as we found now running the car on the dyno (Luckily!). I am confidant a second pump will fix this issue since it would double the available volume in the fuel rail and raise the available fuel volume to +- 1,5L to 1.8L per 12 seconds, this wil also mean i will run high boost with a very safe margin since there would be very little to no chance of running out of volume and melt some pistons...

Good stuff, I think the restriction is to the surge tank, I have only one intank pump with the 800cc injectors and had no issues, looks like she's going to be strong!!

3 pumps? You don't need 3 pumps for the power your CA will give you.
Where is your return line?
