Dudes if i decide to keep my s15 is there anyone capable of helping me do an engine swop in dbn? Odr wants mor or less 60 to 70k for rb25det swop with parts and labour but thats way out my budget . What would costs be like if i got the engine and gearbox n management. Dnt wna spend n arm n leg. Can get the engine and box for near sr20det engine n box price so thinkin rb now. I want bone stock conversion standard clutch, engine, etc to cut costs n then expand on it at a later stage

April/May this year
Been doing alot of thinking about bringing the s14 back with me because the customs clearing costs in SA are stupid!
Still thinking though....just got the s14 running yesterday so im all chuffed again!

Any1 in durban can swop a rb25det or sr20det into my s15? I know d sr is cheaper n dts wat i want but i can source d rb dirt cheap with the box so it shouldnt wrk out way mor than n sr. Just want a std rb or sr no mods yet

Tanx guys if mr gary cheks this thread could u assist? Im lookin at startin in feb. Just to change box odr says 3k for labour without parts. @ treble yea u rite its pretty common swop d rb25 however what draws me to it is d fact that u get monstrous power from low reliable boost that and the fact that i cn get engine and box for 11k lol

That is good price...but I'm all about balance, power to weight, response, handling. But that's just a personal preference
Good luck with the job, put a thread up in Artciles so we can watch one of the few S15's come along
