SR20VE Vs Golf 5 GTI

So, I dropped the wife off at work on Friday at around 6am on my way back home , I get cut off by some idiot in a G5.
Now I’m not one to get worked up easy but travelling at 30km\H in a 100 Zone is annoying so we are both turning into a wide road so I go around the guy not thinking much of him, Next second out the corner of my eye I see him pull up next to me on the 4 lane road and floor it.
2nd Gear – Guy had the jump on me, VVL kicks in his about a car ahead
3rd Gear – Start closing the gap and opening – 3 cars at the end of 3rd
4th Gear – Just to drill it in kept my foot down and gave his 7 cars before I tapped off.
Then he fly past me after taking a long time to catch up at like 200Km\H , I hate idiots like that.
