Hey guy just wana know can I run the original ca turbo with out the water liner connected?

that is not advised >< water = cooling... you don't really want to cook your turbine

It's not advised but you can.
Same with the T28 from the S14/S15.
The oil cooling is enough on the T25 and T28.
BUT of you do, you NEED to cool down your turbo properly in the same way a turbo timer does (if you dont have one).
The water cooling is there so that the car can be driven by people who dont want the effort of cooling down their car after every drive. In other words so that the car can be sold to a wider audience and not just enthusiasts.

Well it seem iv got my t28t3 working so I won't be needing my standard turbo
