So picked up the little datto today.

Thanx wynand without your trailer I would still be in CT and thanx for letting me store it at your place for a couple of days.

Here are a couple of pics... lemme know what you think.

Bought it and wanted to advertise it immediately afterwards... o.O as I was driving back to Wynand's place it grew on me... that grill looks so mean. looks like it wants to just bite your head off...

well yes... so here it is...

Lots of work... but at least I got a motor in the back seat :P L16 baby!

It's easy really....ask yourself the question...are you going to be able and willing to spend thousands of rands plus hundreds of hours fixing it....then sell it for less than you spent....or will it become one of those prejects that you wanted to do but never did.

hahaha well I'm not doing the whole restore it to its previous glory thing...

I decided last nite after a beer (or 3 :$ ) that me and my buddy is gonna convert it into a track car. so no need for fancy paint jobs and hectic dent removals.

Cheap little rwd race car. Stock L16 Motor with some trottles :P, low and wide and matte black. hehe

Will use it as a toy basically.

Will one day get myself a better looking one. like Hotstuff's one. that thing is mint!
