Knysna hill climb

We are all at knysna hill climb (me,Shane,Rudeboy,obsession,Mario etc.)
Could not bring my car due to some problems, but Shane decided to enter his EVO 8.
a Team effort: Shane's EVO with me driving. Had to qualify today, and tomorrow. EVO running on street tyres against mod GTR's (32,35) We ended the day 5th in class, 3 X mod R35 GTR's and 600+HP R32 in front, all within 2 seconds. Final qualifying tomorrow morning.
Big event with a lot of cars, only SX is Japspec's drift S13, doing some drifting.

Had a good day with the EVO. Qualified this morning, with 49.8. Then did a 49.01 for the next run, still 3 seconds off the full race spec cars, with the fastest a Nismo R35 GTR doing a 45.869
One 200SX S13 (REZLO build) also taking part, did a 56.127

Wanna say thanks to Shane and all of the other guys for a awesome weekend! I really enjoyed it! The missis gave all of you the stamp of approval! Haha
Don't think you guys understand how well Wynand did in Shanes car! He really blew everybody out the water with his performance! So congrats to cape towns very own stig!
Well done to Rudeboy for building a amazing machine! And Shane you can be very proud of that monster!
There was only one SX there, this car makes huge power, however it was very disappointing! 350Z was giving it pak! But hey, maybe next year there will be a few more SX cars to keep the flag high!

Was fun. Dont think i can take all the credit for fast times (no Stig here
) but what a awesome car. Stock EVO 8 with road tyres, some bolt on power upgrades,
BC suspension and tuned by rudeboy.
Big thanks to Shane to trust me with his "monster"
12th fastest out of 63 that qualified Saturday.

was an awesome weekend guys... rain came down in buckets sunday but hey, who am i not to take up the opportunity to run in the wet......
made the final by luck chance in the old 350.... had the most fun ive had in awhile... worth the trip and the effort.... faster car for next year im thinking.... hey wynand..........

U did well in the stock 350Z (some people seems to think it's not std). I think that next year u might have a "slightly" modiefied Nissan there

hopefully we both do.......... as for the three 50.... its more than stock.. actually slower i recon... with the big wheels on it it felt like i was dying out of power up the hill.... hahahaha......... its under warranty.... anyone can come check.... i placed 5th in my class.... 25th overall...... went for fun.... and i had some.............

What a great FUN weekend guys
Evo did better then expected and blew us away with its performance
The STIG was awesome
So it appears we did not make the final listing for not running in the rain yesterday
,Was not worth it ,We proved the cars performance and was not going to allow Wynand to risk crashing it just to show on the final results
Well done Japspec on the Stock 350z ,was impressive driving
