hey guys im new here, but hopping to meet u all at jap fest.
Any ways i wanted ur guys opinion. What i have done is taken a aluminum pipe and silicon conector to make a cold air ram tube from the bumper vent to my cone filter. How much would i benifit from this?? I know that colder air = more oxigen = more power but if u bring cold air through a hot turbo how is it helping???

why dont you extend the pipe of your filter to the bumper vent? it works much better then your cold air ram~

Makes a big difference in a N/A car but it doesn't do too much on a turbo charged car as the air get's heated up by the turbo. It's having the right intercooler and a good flow of cold air to that that counts in a turbo application.

All you need from the filter is for it to allow as much air through as possible without compromising on the filter filtering out bits and pieces.
