Zwartkops Performance Car Club Challenge

This Performance Car Club Challenge is a fun event run by ZOC, in conjunction with Zwartkops Raceway. This is a tar sprint event that will be run on 3 of the 4 stages. These stages being: the Zwartkops Main Circuit, Kart Circuit, Skid Pan and “drive inn”.
Entry Fee per driver is R350 for ZOC members and R450 for non-members, R50 per passenger.
The 3 stages that will be part of the event:
• Main Circuit (time trial)
• Skidpan
• Drive-Inn (Gymkhana)
Program of Activities
08h00 – Documentation at office.
09h00 – First timed run starts.
13h00 – Finish
13h30 – Presentation of awards at Aces Café.
13h30 – Open Trax sessions
Format
Participants will be put into classes and groups upon entering. Each group will complete each stage of the course. The person with the fastest combined time (fastest lap on man circuit, fastest lap on Kart circuit and fastest lap on the Drive-In) will be the winner.
Scoring for inter club challenge
Each club will be awarded 1 point per entry and 10 points for each class winner. The club with the highest number of points on the day will be the Club Champion for the day.
Classes
Participants will be put into classes based on the cars:
Engine capacity, No. valves, Induction type, drive-train, tyres
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the winner in all classes, additional trophies will be awarded where there are enough entries. There will also be trophies for the fastest lady driver and fastest junior driver.
