DYNO TUNER NEEDED IN RANDBURG OR SUROUNDING AREA

HI
need a tuner that knows his story , plz
just changed t28 with t3/t4 and car is over fueling bad
can only start if i block the feul , and when it starts , revs up
very very slow, takes 3 blocks to get to 5000rpm in 1gear
anybody knows the proper man fpr the job
