sr20de(t) datsun with throtels

ok so here its is.we putting togeter a toy for our amusement .its a 197futsak 140y we dropping in a SR20det motor from an sx.the thing is the motor has runa bearing,not a bad one as it only started makig a nois and was shut down ,takenout and replaced. to be "donated" for the datsun.so the plan is to convert to non turbo with sxbox.now the question is wat are the steps to convert form turbo to non tubo with big cams, and branchesand throtels
wat do i do for the compresion as thell be no turbos.
therell be throttles,
branches,
we have a set of bigass cams but they come from sti sr20 and not s14 sr20det.,will they fit ?
so to all the teckies who know or have done this please let me know.
the reason for the non turbo is the motor has already had these parts stripped off and we doig a low budget . thus far we havent layed out a sent ,in cash for anything. everything was weeled and dealed or traded lol

we goan be using a nissan v6 backie radiator, so wat we need is a std ecu or management.
diff will be welded
welookig for somthing the wil rev lekker, and not have turbo lag,ths thing wil raerly rech 4th gear so a topend wont really be needed. we are putting ina roll bar but just a middle bar to keep the roof fromcaving in if and wen we get it upside down.now i said low budget and it doesent have to look pretty .so money will only b spent on things absolutly neasry.
so guys some direction and advice is welcome.

Sounds like an interesting project!

You will need to block off oil and water ways for the turbo...obviously.

You will just have to up the compression ratio (piston change or head skimming, or both)

If I were you I'd look for a sr20de to use as they are cheaper to get and drop in.

Is the SR20 motor out of a S14? the SR20 with VTC?

yes its from an s14 and it probably has vtc.we do have a complete sr20de head with the mod cams .as for getting another motor, we already have this one.and it was free so we not gona pay for another one. wen i say low budget, i mean we not goa spend money on anythig unless we have to. theres even a niice set of sentra coupe seats or my 2 racing buckets, my impot sterring wheel and gages.and if anyone can donate anythig we will gladly come collect. lol.we want to upgrade the front struts to skyline items, they fit right in.i have a spare set of 2 piston calipers from my v6 bakkie. and a spare diff too, so well weld both .remember this is a thing that will get a bused ,not driven on highways, maybe track days, it wont win a beauty contest but we do want it tough as nails.
will std ecu do the job without the turbo .and if ayone has one to donate lol thanks....

Sounds like fun. If its N/A, why not side draught carbs and distributor ? I have done a distr mod on a SR20 before with sides in a Lotus 7, or just a feul only management (gotech mini x @ R2K)
Just fit some N/A SR20 pistons to get comp up.

the head wont be coming off riekert. lol well keep it as is, if we decide to go turbo later .

thanks guys will be doing the fuel only managemant. the sidies cahnge would be lekker but we already have the throttles. the sr20 pistons well skollie from some unsuspecting sentra driver lol we know a few.
