Syncro gear

Hey guys im gonna start stripping out my gearbox tonight so i thought of this good idea(not that i have many but when they come WOW) LOL

Ok i want to know if you guys are interested if i take as many photos as i can so that everyone can see what it looks like stripping a gearbox and changing a syncro gear for 3`rd??? So what do you guys think???

that is an awesome idea. Maybe you can get some real hot chicks to pose as well.......hhmmm can't wait to see it now!!

Great freakin idea Jay_boy. While you at it pls check how I can fix the reverse gear. Cause it F.U.K at the moment. That is an extra box which I want to fix.

Cool idea, JayBoy! Maybe we can even do a "syncro-fixing" event where we all bring our gearboxes and you show us how it's done

Where you getting the spare syncro from? And have you got a gear puller tool?

Getting my syncro gear from nissan it self, thought i was gonna pay a arm and a leg but turns out to be R315 exc vat, and i have all the tools at home!!

got the puller and all!! will keep you guys updated!!

bad news guys well atleast for me!!

the guy i spoke to at nissan forgot to order my syncro gear so they only placed the order today so will only have the part by teusday!!

but will take this time to take the gearbox apart slowly and take plenty picks!! took the gearbox out in my own record time of 2hours and 20 min all alone!! now if i have to say so my self, pretty good going!!
