one more question, of topic but anyway....
will wheels with a 42mm offset work on an s13? ive heard its not good to go past 25mm on a s13? also what are the biggest tires or best tire size to fit to a wheel with a width of 190mm/19cm?
thanks

I had 40offset 18x8" on my car with no rubbing, 225/40/18's if you go for 25mm ofset and the rims is a bit wide 8"+ it WILL rub and you have to roll the fenders.

so do you think if i stay with a 18" with 8" (200mm) or smaller width wheel it will be fine with the 42mm negative offset, and doesnt really matter bout the negative offset?

power fc is not so expencive compared to what one spend on the motor and rest of the car

i suppose, but when i think that its just one thing for my car its quite an expensive part, i could do alot more with the money and still run dicktator, and still have a good tune, but if i had a bigger budget it would definitly be power fc
if i had already had my motor in i would have saved more n gone for it but on a tight ass budget now

If you are going SR20 in a S13 you can forget about running power FC in anyway. Unless you can get a complete loom from a S14 that has not been cut at any place.
Reason for this is that perfect power fc is a plug-and-play system.
Save up some cash and install a decent management system. I had dicktaotr and it works great. However you can get allot more for your money with other systems.
