Project Z powa! 260Z
So after searching a long time for the perfect classic car race car I found it! And I can truely say that I was lucky with this find!
A 260Z......
Car is stripped bare! However it is complete! It has everything! And all in good condition! Only problem is where the body picked up some rust. Worst is at the rear lights. However all can be fixed! Wwill be picking up the car on Tuesday or Wednesday! Will post some pics soon!
And a teaser for now!

Oh found it after loads of searching! Got it for a good price. However it needs loads of body work! Rust really had a good time on the roof and rear!
Will be running a stroked 3.1 L28 motor with 50mm sides (perhaps 45mm). Goal is 300hp, gonna be difficult getting there but it can be done!
Colour scheme I dont know yet......

OK so plans for the car:
L28 motor - Stroked 3.1, 50 or 45mm sides (not sure yet, depends on the combination with cams and headwork)
Rock solid bottom end, fully balanced. Most modification work will happen in the head. Will update on what will be done as we go along.
Suspention - Still looking around at option. Because its classic cars you are very limited on the rules. However all bushes will get replaced and a few mods here and there.
Body - Will run pretty stock body with BRE front lip. Shaved rear bumber. Light as possible! Car out of factory has a curb weight of 1065kg! Lets see where we can end up! Fender flares I want to run, however I think the rules is gonna restrict me from running them.
Will update some more later.....
