Using std cast iron mani on the ca18det in the sx s13. Had it fixed 3 times in 2yrs, Iv check the manifold for cracks, got none!!
The head and manifold faces are square, not warped.
I even used agent gaskets which cost alot.
Now its leaking again. Y? I only have an over fueling issue at the moment. Doubt thats the cause.
Copper gaskets from poizen?

i had the same thing on mine years ago.
did you re-tighten the nuts?
This is what I did the last time.
1. Change the gaskets, maybe use a gasket maker as well
2. couple of days later first thing in the morning when it is cold tighten the bolts
3. week later same thing

Are you certain about this? how did you test?
I thought mine was right, had it machined flat anyway and then could see how bad it was, my problem was solved then.

Brace your exhaust system by welding a piece flat bar and bolt it to the bottom of your gearbox, done mine 2 years ago, no more gasket leaks and I used the nissan gasket R35 each.
