The weight of RB25 is 245kg complete with fly wheel, starter, alternator, turbo, downpipe, etc.

I think the CA block is 126kg :)

Seriously though, it would be great if you could weigh a similarly equipped CA as well.

I'm just trying to remember if my father and I actually had to lift the engine together or if we hoisted it everytime. But I'd imagine 120 -130kg must be about the limit to what two people can pick up in such an akward shape as an engine.

Actaully a CA could be 126, but that would be bare, ie no starter, alternator, flywheel etc.

The stock flywheel is 13kg by it self...
