not gonna paint it will be tiling the outside hehebut Yep its a sani fender, had a mould made and pulling some samples wil be flaring the back aswell.hopefully by ext week will go for body drop.hopefully?!?!? lookin to get some input here from the guys with the know how,ill be using the s14 hubs/spindls mounted to the tein coilovers(with camber platses) BUT the lower controll arm from the s14 is too narow to fit the backie cross member and the backie lower ball joint wont fit the lower mounting of the s14 spindel. so either i get a lower controll arm that works on the backie with a matchig ball joint or a ball joint that fits the backis lower controll arm mounting hole yet small/thin enough to fit the s14 spindel hole,or is there a way of widening the s14 lower mounting hole wich is taperd>?!?!? i know its a mouth full but am i making sence here ?!?!
no one said custom was easy heheheh

here are some of the D21 Backies me and 3 friends have owned in the last 3 years, this green one was a genuievanderlinder conversion, port and poliched head job,260 cams, custom powerflow stainles steel 56mil exast,k&n filter mounted in cutom airbox,100mil lowerdwith poly bushings and thicker leaf springs, lsd gearmax diff, shortend prop, ferodo brakes,17'aline whels,225/45/17 front,245/4517 back

this double cab was done by steves auto clinic ,freeflow and chipped.
Image
this rasberry/cherry lwb was more showbut was a daily driver running a 28 skyline engine
<a href="http://s1003.photobucket.com/albums/af1 ... C00570.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1003.photobucket.com/albums/af1 ... C00570.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
believe it or not this red lwb runs a rb20det with a backie box, dictator management custom, tuned by feroli,a powerflow exhast 10j wheels and is used daily as a construction vehicle
Image

this is a turbo vg30det from a 300zx ,bigger turbo, custom manifolds, mercedes intercooler,80mil drop, freeflow, masive dumpvalve, std managment, future -gotecneeds install, this one has been redone in blue and yes it did start out as the mangled metal in the secon pic....
Image
Image
this gem as been lowerd also 80 mil( not done in the pic) runing smaller wheels,a sr20det vvti motor and RB gearbox.dictator managment, and a custom exhast, fron mount intercooler, runs like a monster.

most of these are daily drivers and work horses, its amaizing seeing the look on peoples faces when you keep up or pass the boy races and you are carying a load of tires stacked higher than the backie and then they here the dumpvalve heheheheh.

guys the rb does fit the red backie with the wides wheels has the rb20det,with some persution( with a 4pound hammer to the firewall) it gets in there and a mod to
the front section were the radiator mounts and wallla. ill get some pics hopefully soon. As for my RB its still
sitting, too busy finishing a 2005 3.3 that needs to be sold .but thanks for the encouragment will soldiar on to get things done.
PS te d21 and all hardbody's after are basically the same body,a few small mounting changes ,and the outer skin changes but the shell itself all the same .
